I’m a California-born, Midwest-based film photographer who works between the
two places I call home: Los Angeles and Chicago. Much like the ever-evolving people
I photograph, I, too, play many roles: mother, wife, sister, daughter, dinner party
enthusiast, dog mom, forever film student, and people person.

While I take tremendous pride in wearing each of these caps, what truly gives me
purpose is the opportunity to live life through a myriad of perspectives. To be able to tell my story, and possibly understand yours, through a kaleidoscope of many vantage points both fascinates and fuels me.

It was this paradigm of sorts, in combination with my passion for film, that ultimately compelled me to create Close Up by Christina. A passion-turned-profession where all people, all roles, all perspectives, and all stories are represented and celebrated through the art of film.
